Restaurant staff are very unprofessional. I stepped into the restaurant at the hotel to order food during my meal break from work. The only person working there behind the bar took 10 minutes to approach me to ask what I would like to order. During those 10 minutes that I waited quietly and patiently, he was too busy chit chatting with other patrons already seated at the bar. He finally approached me after a long wait to take my food order. After paying and tipping him, he informs me to come back from my room in 30-40 minutes to pick up my order. So I went up to my room hungry and waiting patiently for 40 minutes. I came back down after 40 minutes and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food and then was told my food order won't be ready because the restaurant ran out of salmon. Then I was offered to place a different order and was told I would have to wait an additional 40 minutes for the order again!! My meal break was already over and I requested a refund which I was given, but had to go back to work hungry and very upset. The restaurant employee was very unprofessional and had no sense of urgency or any semblance of customer service. The hotel room was very clean and cozy, hotel itself was modern and esthetically pleasing and the front desk staff were very courteous and professional, but the restaurant employee didn't leave a pleasant experience.

Very few things worked, the refrigerator did not worked. I complained and they gave me another refrigerator that did not work. The maid service came 3 out of 4 days after 4:30. The day they did not come was the day we were all snowed inside so the rooms needed to be cleaned/cleared out. Also made it worse that there was no working refrigerator. I think the broken refrigerators was intentional to make people order food.
