The location of the hotel is right off Times Square. So there’s lots of activities in the neighborhood and everything is walkable. Overall, the condition of the hotel was fine. Our room was not so great. It was small which we expected but access to the room was a headache. There was a door right before our door so we had to open two heavy doors in order to get in or out of our room. We had to prop up the first one to open the second one.

The elevators were a nightmare We had to go up and down 13 floors at the stairs The hotel was fully booked and we were waiting more than an hour for available elevator which eventually we gave up and went by the stairs .

This was a great location and the staff is amazing. The elevator can be slow in the morning. Breakfast is chaotic, but they keep it well stocked and tables cleared. Rooms are very small, but nice.

It was all really good! The only thing was we wanted to sightsee on the rooftop but the staff on the elevator going up was really rude! We didn’t know it was just the restaurant and he seemed irritated that we weren’t aware of it. But regardless of that interaction it was all really good!!!

The room was very small with 2 double beds, but clean and efficient! The staff was very helpful and pleasant! Today, when my Sister and I were leaving, we went down to the Lobby, and it was filled with luggage! We were waiting for our car to the airport, and there was nowhere to sit? We are older, and needed a place to sit down! We told them this, and they did manage to get us seats? Never experienced this before?
