This hotel was really nice. I’m not a big fan of cities and was attending an event. The hotel was a 15 minute walk and there was a lot of places to eat nearby. The water pressure was great.

The hotel was very nice, our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy and the front desk guy was super friendly. Our only complaint was the noise from the street. It was insanely loud and kept us up into the wee hours. It would be helpful to have earplugs in the room.

The friendly staff and clean room made for a pleasant stay. The lobby area is a great place to relax or work. I would have appreciated a heads up about the daily room service needed to be requested at check-in. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back if I visit New York again.

So I would have to say that I'm a little bit of disappointed simply assuming that it was a large suit and we had our own balcony. Yes it was closed off to other guest but still not your own balcony which is why we booked here. Plus the $250 HOLDING FEE is crazy after someone just paid $500 for a room. As well not having free breakfast is more assured. We should have stayed at the William Vale for the same price. To me it wasn't worth the room but it was nice and clean

Missed Housekeeping

Clean and big room. Comfy bed. A couple of blocks from restaurants. I was a 2 night stay and housekeeping skipped me. It’s not a discount hotel so I expected service daily.
