300$ per night for a room where u can’t even place your open suitcase anywhere. No water bottles in the room only downstairs in the mornings to grab urself in a cup , mould in the shower area around the tiles, self service breakfast? For a Hilton? this was easily the worst Hilton experience in my life. As a European I’m appalled by the American standards. Way below par.

It was a nice stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They let us check-in early which was very convenient. The hotel is located in quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to subway station, restaurants, wall street etc.

Excellent location and service from all!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! My first time staying here and I was very impressed. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and responsive. My room was excellent, the location was perfect for me as it was very close to good transportation links including the bus. They don't supply complimentary water bottles in the rooms but they have cold and hot water machines in the lobby and food hall where you get water refills. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I'm very happy and had such a positive experience overall. Thank You

Too small.

The room was very small and the bathroom was too with a sink I could barely wash my face in at night. Our room was on 28th floor next to elevator and we could hear the cables banging all night long. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
