Hotel is short walk from Times Square! Elevators sucked only 3 for 30 plus floors took forever to get up or down and one was broke our whole stay. Lobby was tiny area to get on elevators is tiny and very cramped on ground floor. I payed extra for 4 people to eat breakfast then hotel staff argued and said I had two adult tickets and two children’s tickets when I clearly punched in ages of my two children when I booked room! Rooms were ok but kinda good tell they needed a lot of Maintenance. Hot water takes forever to get to shower, lights flicker off and on at vanity.

Amazing location. Rooms were spacious and the views were nice. Subway is right near the hotel and great places to eat. Staff was so nice. Hotel bar/restaurant was great too. Would stay here again

All the staff were incredibly kind, and housekeeping kept the room spotless every day. There are three subway stations nearby, which made it super easy to get around NYC. The location is perfect—within walking distance to Times Square and Midtown, with tons of attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots all around. One downside was the view. I had high expectations after seeing the city view photos when booking, so I was a bit disappointed. It wasn’t a big deal since I only needed a place to sleep, but it would have been nicer if the view had matched the pictures. Still, for the price, this hotel offers great value and overall a very pleasant stay!

Location is great!next to metro stations, Times Square, Broadway.. there is a Rosseta deli on the same block , and a Wholefoods market around the corner. The hotel is small but adequate, the linens were the best!

Good for the price but not without issues.

Elevators were a problem. Room was nice. Staff exceptional. I enjoyed my trip but it wasn't perfect. They finally fixed the 3rd elevator the last day. Happy that I came at a low volume time, but probably won't stay here again for business.

We did not have reliable hot water in our room. We called most days and one day called twice. They fixed it promptly, but, should have addressed the issue permanently. I don’t know how you run a successful hotel without constant hot water.

Just ok. Slow elevators; rooms need renovations.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The location is convenient to Broadway and Times Square but there are several issues, including painfully slow elevators, with guests often lined up 10 or 15 deep waiting to get up or down. We had to factor in elevator wait time whenever we were going to a show. There was often only one clerk at the front desk which meant slow service. Finally, the hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. There was rust on the metal panels in the bathroom and ceiling, lots of missing grout in the shower, mold stains around the caulking in the shower, and the room had a musty odor. The TV on the opposite wall of the bed was on the other side of the room so not convenient for viewing. The staff members were nice and helpful but the building is really the problem.
