Hotel looks shabby. Hallway carpeting as well as room carpets look dirty. The look of the front desk gives you an idea of what's to come. It's chipped, old and looks dirty. Bathroom has no counter space at all.

The staff was EXCELLENT the valets were EXCELLENT the location is great and extremely convenient. The towels feel horrible like hospital towels and the bed and pillows can also be better. They also didn’t have washcloths and the carpets look like they need to be cleaned or removed. Also the tvs need to be upgraded with streaming apps.

I stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn for a graduation event and chose to book a hotel for convenience. Upon entering my room, I found it to be satisfactory but a bit dated. However, I noticed that there were no towels or washcloths available. I called the front desk four times about this issue, but eventually had to go downstairs, where I was informed that the delivery had not arrived at the property. This situation was quite disappointing.

Very clean rooms (booked 2) and comfortable beds/pillows. However, they should consider replacing the platform of the beds. We bumped our shins numerous times on the edges. Also they should provide face/hand towels for their guests. There were none.
