After we checked in, we were told that the cable was down and we would have local channels, which was only one channel no Internet nor TV all night. Also, when going to take a shower, it took 15 minutes for the water to get warm. I called the customer service hotline And the lady on the phone told me she can’t handle it. I have to speak to the manager the hotel she then proceeded to tell me that somebody would call me. It’s been 24 hours and nobody has reached out.

There was nothing wrong with the room. I rented it for 2 nights. We were not able to get there in the first day. I called the hotel and asked them to please keep my room till the following morning. They said it was no problem. The next morning when I showed up, they had given my room away. They wind up, giving me a queen room instead of the king room that I paid for I still had to pay full price, even though my room was downgraded.

The room was spotless. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was immaculate. The shower had good water pressure and ample hot water. The bed was clean and had the right firmness to my liking. The microwave and refrigerator were a big plus.

The room was spotless. The staff was professional and extremely friendly, especially Kyle at check-in. Great fresh ground coffee 24/7 and the free breakfast was a good start to the day. We chose this location because of the close proximity to St. Barnabas Hospital and it was the perfect choice.
