The room was spotless. The staff was professional and extremely friendly, especially Kyle at check-in. Great fresh ground coffee 24/7 and the free breakfast was a good start to the day. We chose this location because of the close proximity to St. Barnabas Hospital and it was the perfect choice.

The room was very small and dark. The TV didn't have much channels and the features on it didn't work without the WIFI. The Wifi was not working either and staff didn't speak English.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was fresh, hot and had a nice variety. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The only bad part of the entire stay was the lack of television service for the entire stay due to lack of internet or cable.

The rooms are good, albeit on the small side and the breakfast was good. Coffee machines (which are apparently new) are a little hit-or-miss - one seems to be always not working... Desk staff very helpful. Lack of parking is an issue. You have to either find a spot on the street somewhere or use the hospital parking garage across the street, which is very expensive ($45/24 hrs). But Arthur Ave (Bronx Little Italy) is only a 5 minute walk!

Yes, all was well, i would like to suggest a better entry as i find anyone could just walk in off the street which could be a little uncomfortable. Perhaps a fob system for when the guest arrives, giving them a bit more security. Overall the staff was very helpful and welcoming.
