The hotel was close to subway and Times Square! The hotel was dated but functional. The rooms were small but comfortable. The bathtub was not conducive to having a bath but the shower was good. The water was amazing and we appreciated the soaps and body wash. I wish there was a fridge in the room and/or restaurant. The breakfast was good and although there were a lot of people we never had difficulty getting a place to sit. The front desk staff were kind and accommodating; the room cleaner was wonderful. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Hotel is ok. Bed was like a hammock. Elevator can take up to 30 minutes one way. We had to walk down the 24 floors one time as there was no hope of getting an elevator. Breakfast was good.

The staff are extremely helpful, and the breakfast was nice as well. It is in an excellent location where everything, such as food, Madame Tussauds, etc, is within walking distance, and you can access the trains within a 7 to 10 minute walk. I was on the higher floor, so it was surprisingly silent. The only issue I had was that the bed was a 5 out of 10.
