Room is clean and tidy. Some noise from a/c, but is acceptable Size is okay, what do you expect? This is Manhattan. Only thing annoyed us a bit was the elevator. 26 floors only got 2 elevators. Spare extra 10-15mins to get down.

This hotel is a couple of blocks from Times Square. Large room for Manhattan. Nice shower, decent bed, quiet. Staff were friendly but not overbearing. Unlike many Manhattan hotels they didn't try to upsell. Only downside was no fridge in the room, but I would gladly stay here again.

Good overall, a few changes needed

Hotel in good location, rooms good but dusty in corners, shower head needed cleaned and is set at the wrong angle (you can’t change it). Massive stain on the curtain in room looked very bad. Room would benefit from a kettle. On the positive rooms well equipped with other things, beds very comfortable and their bed linen and towels were good quality. We didn’t find the lifts an issue despite other reviews.
