I was very impressed with the friendliness and general good spirit of the staff. They clearly have a great dynamic. Michelle at the front desk made sure that I got a quiet room, which is important because I am bad at sleeping. One small negative is that there is no ice machine or fridge, so I had to ask for ice daily to cool down some snacks I kept in my room. I ended up getting food poisoning because I ate something that had gone off, but I think that’s more a “me problem” than anything to do with the hotel staff.

The location is great, but the hotel is under renovation so it is hard to know how it will function once the work is complete. The sink in the bathroom was tiny and there were not any counter space. Otherwise, housekeeping did a great job and most of the staff are really friendly.
