I stayed for 1 night & the room was beautiful, no complains about the room itself. Water is $8 so make sure you bring your own. When I checked in, the front desk didnt let me know if anything was included with the room, also didnt let me know about amenities so I had to find out on my own. The morning I checked out, the house keeper knocked on my room twice which was an inconvenience for me but they ended up refunding me the resort fee. Other than that, everything was walking distance including time square and plenty food options. Was able to find good parking around the corner.

Property is somewhat out of the way of the main strip however you are at least 1 block away from some decent dining options ... Around the corner I found a quaint coffee bread shop Sullivans Bread company (47th street) that has great coffee and delicious baked goods. This might be an option for a light breakfast. The roof top is opened now after going through some extensive renovations. It has a great view of the city and Hudson river. A must see!

We will definitely stay here again. Comfortable room, staff very welcoming etc all good. The negative was garbage everywhere just north of the property. Really unsightly. Congratulations to the “Rat Tsar” of NYC. Didn’t see one rat during our stay in the city!!! Things are looking’ up in that respect!

Expected a two bed standard room was upgraded to suite, jackpot. Nice but not NYC notorious for sounds including horn honking, sirens of all sorts. And don’t forget the partygoers, there was a rooftop club directly across the street with umbrellas as it was rooftop resulting in music too loud for me to fall asleep. Perhaps in another lifetime I would’ve simply dressed and joined the party, I love parties but I was in NYC for a family event and needed rest. I finally did fall asleep and when I woke couldn’t hear a sound. The sun was shining and the ship for my cruise was pulling into the port. Yes, slight inconvenience but an amazing stay none the less!

Loved this property! The staff were lovely to interact with. Gave me a lovely room. The room could use a deep cleaning and the linen could’ve been better (stained sheets) but the stay overall was comfortable. I would definitely stay again and check out the rooftop next time.
