A Boutique Gem in the Heart of Manhattan

LUMA Hotel Times Square is a true hidden gem in Midtown Manhattan. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with excellent transport links, and just steps from Bryant Park, which adds a touch of calm in the midst of the city's energy. The rooms are of great quality, offering thoughtful features such as ample electrical outlets, high-quality televisions, a Nespresso machine, and well-planned use of space—something not always easy to find in New York. The bathrooms are equally impressive, with a sleek design and premium toiletries that add a luxurious feel to your stay. What truly sets LUMA apart is the exceptional service. The staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and quick to respond to any requests. It’s rare to find a hotel team that strikes the right balance between being attentive and unobtrusive, and LUMA delivers on that front effortlessly. Another great perk is complimentary access to a fully equipped Crunch gym just a two-minute walk from the hotel—a real bonus for those who like to stay active while traveling. The on-site restaurant and bar are stylish and of a very high standard, with a great menu and atmosphere. The only minor downside was that the bar service could be a bit slow, especially when busy—this is the one area that could be improved. All in all, LUMA offers boutique quality at a fair price in a city where even average hotels come at a premium. It’s easy to see why this hotel receives such consistently high ratings

Location, location, location! Two main subway stations about a block away. Bryant Park at the corner with weekend events. Staff was great, was able to get early check in and staff got us a taxi when we checked out at 5 am. We had to put $300 deposit on a card and I’m waiting to get that back. After we get the deposit back then everything will have been excellent!

We loved the LUMA hotel for its friendly comfortable vibe. The staff were SO helpful and kept our luggage for the whole day after we checked out. Amazing location right on Bryant Park. The room nyc sized but nicely appointed. We even had a great time at the bar one evening. Will definitely come back!
