I was told at check-in that breakfast was not included with my stay. I searched hotels that included breakfast as part of the package. I paid over $2800 for airfare and a three night stay at this hotel. The round trip flight from Dallas to NYC cost less than $300, so the hotel stay cost $2500 and they tell me that breakfast is not included! The concierge told me to complain to Expedia.

Disappointed in how poorly managed this hotel is — it truly lacks the quality you expect for the price. There was no warmth or genuine hospitality from the staff; it feels like you’re paying for the beauty of the building, not for a welcoming or comfortable experience. The hotel seems quite rundown. Shower caps were terrible and small bathrooms. Asked for $16 per day for WiFi which wasn’t even working properly. Rooms need renovations. Rooms not properly heated. Takes 10 minutes to get down the elevator. Looks good from the outside but low level of service. Never staying back here.

Just ok for the price. Beautiful building, average service with the exception of the concierge. Mattress was awful and the bathroom toiletries fragrance was unpleasant and overpowering. Location is amazing but there so many better places at this price point to stay in midtown.
