We stayed in a city view room on the 40th floor. The view was breathtaking! Morning and night! The room was clean and the staff was fantastic. The hotel is located in a great area of ​​Manhattan, within walking distance of several tourist spots. We walked to the Brooklyn Bridge, Dumbo area, the Financial District, Memorial Park, and more. Next time we visit the city, we will definitely book this place again!

Bellman was very helpful in providing info. Porter service was a bit slow but we were fine transporting our bags to the room. I arrived early. A surly gentleman at the registration desk said that he might already have a room for me but then asked how I had made the reservation. When I mentioned Expedia he said “In that case, we do not have a room for you yet.” Enough said!
