The fan on our HVAC unit ran continuously, despite being set to an auto mode. The smell of perfume in the lobby was overwhelming. They could have handled guests more pleasantly when dealing with the fire alarm.

Location and amenities was good. Room was just ok. For such a small room, it was super weird to have see through metal barn doors as bathroom doors. You couldnt see out of the bathroom into the room, but you could see clear as day from the room into the bathroom. Odd choice…

Great design, terrific elements. Horrible execution on service. Shower leaked floors were delaminating smelled a mildew. Was promised everyday to fix the problem, nothing happened. A destination fee, which was just the way to extort $43 a day. Expedia did nothing, Marriott the main brand did nothing, the hotel manager Alex so far has done nothing. I don't say this lately, this is a disgrace to the Marriott brand. Expedia has failed miserably, worse than the hotel! Further this is still being argued, and they are doing nothing, Expedia is doing nothing! What makes this so bad I had my children with me and it literally got to be an unsafe and dangerous situation for slip and fall accidents. This was a disaster, partly expedia's fault! Definitely Marriott and Moxie's fault. I would avoid it for at least 2 years
