Duct tape used on windows, cracked basin, hot water issues, toilet flushing button broke causing toilet not to flush, curtains falling apart and the loft is very small can barely fit 2 people with suitcases in it. The only benefit was the location outside of that of very poor amenity

Hotel is conveniently located and affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is worn down and could use some renovations. Breakfast was not available but there’s many options for food just outside.

The location is perfect as long as you are okay staying super close to Time Square. The lobby bathroom look like airport bathrooms. The couches from the lobby are cracked and the lobby overall seems dirty. It definitely looked better in pictures. The staff seemed friendly enough.

The room was the size of the bed. That's all there was. There was barely hot water and no water pressure for showers. The elevator was so small, I used the stairs. NYC is expensive but there has to be somewhere better than this

Staff are nice, amenities are fine, there is no kettle or fridge in rooms, we were surprised by that. Weekends are so busy and lots of noise if you sleep early. The location is excellent, right at the Time Square .

The staff is amazing and very helpful ! Everyone working there is so kind and sweet. Reason why I’m putting okay is the quality of the room - no cover on the duvets, the shower is very bad and cold, and the beds are broken! But if you need a cheap place to stay it’s perfect for that and it’s in a good location.

Room was dirty, duct tape used to keep windows closed, paper thin towels, barely any hot water from shower and very low pressure. Walls and doors are paper thin, can hear everything happening in the hallway. Charged $800 USD for smoking in the room even though we are NON-smokers. Only positive is the front desk staff, they were very friendly and helpful. After about 1.5 hours of discussing false charges, they were able to reverse them.

The size of the room was good, location was great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms were mid. I did also ask for extra blankets and towels and they were not provided after asking a few times.

There was never hot water all four days. The towels were so worn you could see through them. Cracked window with a torn shade. I had a TV but had to ask for a remote that didn’t work.
