The room we had was a king, AND there was not even a chair to sit on.. The room we had should not have a king size bed in it… over all it was clean and kept up daily.. there was not even a coffee maker of any type in our room….. or free coffee in the lobby.. we would not book a room here again…. I guess the price was right!!!!! and the location was good to Times Square ….

It was a wonderful time in New York- the hotel was close to everything;however, the highlight of the stay at the hotel was “Maria” front reception staff. She was full of love, concern and was over the top accommodating. Sure is great when you are away from home- when you walk into the lobby and “Maria” makes it feel like home❤️❤️

Very basic

The staff were friendly, but this hotel is very tired and there is little comfort in the rooms. Mine was clean enough (although dusty) but a colleague got a terrible room. Only in New York could they charge this for such a basic room. Location is lively but easy enough to get all over Manhattan from.

Room 901. Door was LOUDLY grating. Hot water issues during our stay. Bed(s) were squeeky with even with the slightest movement. Previous guests left a full drawer of clothes that housekeeping did'nt bother to clear/remove.

The front desk in the morning were very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. It is near Times Square. However, the bathroom was way too small. I would prefer a coffee station in the front lobby. The elevators were too slow.

Clean room, however they do need a bit of a refurb. Area around the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to broadway, Times Square and the Rockefeller centre. Beds aren’t the best but the staff is helpful

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel lists laundry facilities yet I was directed to a laundromat despite not having coins so I had to then find my own way of laundry. I had to pay for this. The hotel also has a gym that I was not made aware of so I had to find a gym and pay a decent amount. Also the bed would squeak loudly when i was sleeping and moved ever so slightly. I also didn’t receive proper house keeping for two days despite asking for the bed to be made and bins taken out. I was told the room had been serviced twice on one of the days so I had to take photos to justify the experience I had for someone to take me seriously. The breakfast that the listing also includes is not through the hotel but through a separate restaurant and therefore is a decent amount more expensive than I was expecting. There is an extra fee on top of the hotel expense when you arrive and I believe it would be cheaper at the Hilton than this hotel.

The room was quite large, more so than expected based on reviews I had seen. It had 2 queen sized beds, however both beds were extremely creaky and felt unstable. The TV in the room did not work. It would turn on, then 90% of the screen would turn black. The reading lamps also didn't appear to be working, and it was difficult to access the plug sockets. When you could access them, for example when using the hair dryer, the plug would fall out. The shower was temperamental in terms of getting a good water temperature but it was a walk in which is useful if you have access needs. There was an AC unit in the room, but the windows would not open and they had duct tape on them which was strange. The room was quite clean but certain things such as old worn towels and a stain on the bedding made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Good things though were the storage cupboard that we used for hanging up clothes and also had an iron and ironing board in etc, the location was excellent and close to Times Square, The Rockefeller Centre etc so the hotel is perfect as a base. There is also luggage storage which is very useful. Downstairs is very bright and modern which is nice. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others if they're looking for somewhere.
