Great hotel for a family, awesome location!

We loved our stay at the hotel! It was clean, comfortable and we felt safe. We traveled as a family of 4 with our two kids (11 and 10) and we loved the proximity to Times Square and the quick access to subway. We got there a little early, and they had a room available for us so that was a wonderful unexpected surprise. We were located on the 10th floor, which had a nice view of the city! The only “downfall” that I noticed was that the elevators ran slow in the morning, it took us about 20 minutes to get downstairs to the lobby to leave. We did not experience any issues with wait times for any other part of our trip- in fact, it was very quick otherwise, so I don’t know if it was due to the proximity of check out time- or if it had to due with it being the day before a holiday (July 4th is tomorrow), but we were not expecting this to take so long and it did make us nervous for our departure times. My suggestion is to leave ample time in the morning- in case of delay with elevators. Otherwise, we would absolutely, 100% stay here again in the future. It was a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is incredibly close to Times Square and walkable to most major areas of midtown Manhattan. The staff were friendly and courteous, particular the people working the elevators who seemed to remember everyone coming in. The rooms are narrow, but very clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom, while small, was configured very well with a good size shower and sink area.

The rooms were clean. The A/C worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for toiletries on a shelf and counter in the bathroom. Great location for Broadway shows.

Good size room and good onsite food

The sofa pullout bed gave us some much needed extra sleep space! I wish the room had a coffee machine because I need caffeine before going out in public :) I would also have liked a microwave in the room because I could have brought some delicious leftovers from the restaurants we visited! The grab n go restaurant was surprisingly nice - the food was delicious and had a good variety of cocktails as well as VERY good coffee. Plus the overall service was friendly - a definite plus. The elevator was a bit slow, especially as the hotel was 1) hosting a very large youth group and 2) reserves one elevator in the morning for patrons of the breakfast buffet. Also, we couldn’t get our room cleaned at a good time for us; service came around 9am and we like to sleep in late…but we did have plentiful towels and got the garbage emptied so it was fine :)

Great location, good room

The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned perfectly every day. The location near Times Square was perfect for getting anywhere in the city. Water pressure and temperature worked well and easily controlled. The only serious issue was being put on a low floor. It was near impossible to get an elevator that wasn't full in the morning. Avoid any early morning reservations, allow plenty of time, or use the stairs.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet. They have bag storage for after you check out (or before you check in) that is helpful so you can continue to enjoy your day. A very good experience in and around Times Square.

Awful checkin shady practice bad customer service

At check in the front desk lied and said I booked twin beds when it was 2 queen & pull out. They offered room smaller beds and no pull out. I said I wait for room I booked. He talked to someone and magically room I booked was ready. Pretty shady! We requested and paid for 2 hour late checkout but then they knocked on door at 12 asking if we checking out. Then after we get back from lunch before agreed late check out time, they disabled the door so it causes us to be late to our car service. When my husband went to tell front desk, they fixed it but was nonchalant no apology couldn’t care less. It’s a shame that the service is so awful as t is a nice hotel and very convenient.
