First time for everything…

I like this hotel for its staff, which is really friendly and helpful. Also, the location is great for going to Broadway shows. There were renovations going on in the main lobby of the hotel, which I was unaware of in advance. Due to this, I was comped 1500 points Per day in lieu of breakfast. We’ve been staying here for many years. This time we’ve started to notice the rooms starting to feel a bit warm worn. There were plumbing issues that took three tries to resolve. This is the first time we’ve experienced anything like this at this particular property. Time for some replacements and a facelift in the rooms.

Stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes

My friends and I got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes, and we were not the only ones. The management has been less than amiable about compensating us for what was a traumatic event. NYC Firefighters had to come rescue us and they were FANTASTIC!!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Time Square. Walking distance to shops, dining and best of all...the theatre district. Staff were courteous and professional. Besides the limited amount of body wash (I guess housekeeping forgot to refill), our stay and the complimentary bottle of wine was the perfect ending to my birthday. Will definitely stay there again!

Conveniently located in Times Square, but very noisy and crowded. Even the lobby is crowded. Renovations are going on, so Lobby’s are small, the restaurant was closed and seating was small.

Not great

Great location, but noisy. Room and bathroom especially, dated. Thin walls. Tried to call the front desk at 3:30 am a few times to report a noise issue and there was no answer. Very disappointing. We won’t be staying here again.
