This spacious, newly-renovated beach house is the perfect place to escape from the city. A short walk to the ferry and the A train and just one block from the beach, this is a perfect NYC getaway.

The house is very roomy with a huge renovated kitchen, dining room and living area on the main floor.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms plus a finished attic with 2 single beds - what kid wouldn't love having the attic all to themselves?!

There is a huge front porch and another deck on the 2nd floor and a side deck off the kitchen with a BBQ.

Outside, enjoy the lush garden and privacy of blooming plum trees and a high-panelled fence. The pool deck gets sun all day long!

The home has all the amenities you would want in a beach house - plenty of room for everyone, landscaped yard with a pool, a dining patio and outdoor shower! Grill up some dinner on the BBQ and enjoy the evening sea breeze.

Great beach stay and play

All you need for a month at the beach! Nice, functional and well landscaped outdoor space, fenced in and safe for little ones. Pool was a big hit. Indoor space accommodates all your family & gear and has all sorts of kid friendly space and toys, books, etc. A few upgrades on things like cookware and towels would be good but there were plenty. We had a few bumps in the road but Keith was a good communicator and followed thru on everything.
