I was quoted one amount for early checkin by Eric but when I arrived the lady said it was almost double the price. I showed her my previous charge on my credit card statement which showed the amount but she didn't care. For that price I can stay at a better location around the corner. I won't be staying here anymore.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! It is not at JFK as stated in the name of the hotel. It is in a residential area with no parking lot. It advertised off street parking available but there was room for 2 cars to park and I was charged $25 cash only for it. The room was gross. There was blood stains on the bedding and something red on the floor. The towels were dingy. I was so tired and it was very late so I slept in my clothes with no blankets on me. Thank god I travel with my own pillow. Simply horrible!!!

The room was very basic (one chair, folding) and clean, but had a vaguely tank smell. Time to install a new carpet. The Breakfast Included was a surprise. The front desk attendant gives you a paper bag of crackers, Cheetos, orange drink, and a little yogurt cup). You can eat it in your room at the desk after unfolding the chair.

It was giving motel in the worst way the shower/tub had hairs on it the toilet paper they had was obviously a previously used roll. The breakfast was a yogurt, sunny D and muffin bites lolll. I asked for water he said there was none and then I saw him with a huge pack of waters and then when we were checking out the elevator wasn’t working and he didn’t even offer to help with our luggage or anything. I think the AC was the only good Thing they had

Me quedé dos noches. Está caro para lo que ofrece. Lo único bueno es que tienen limpieza cada día y que la estación de Jamaica queda a 10 min caminando. Hay varios negocios de comida cerca. Lo malo fue que el baño no servía aunque lo arreglaron después Y el desayuno gratis es una mentira. Las dos veces que estuve no había nada

Room was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised given the hotel's ratings when it first opened. Unfortunately, when we left the room, an older man was in the hallway and kept looking at us while we were waiting for the elevator. I said, "Good morning," and he responded by asking if we were checking out and what room. Not sure what kind of policing this is or if every patron he encounters has been met with this or if the hotel feels this is acceptable behavior from staff. As always, I took video of before and after.

I needed a room last minute, after my flight got cancelled while at the airport, late at night. It was close to the station. That really is the only positive. The room had lots of screw holes in the walls from removed mirrors and bedlamps. The shower curtain was mouldy. The advertised breakfast didn’t exist. Had I had more time to research I wouldn’t have of booked here.
