I’ve stayed here once before, many years ago. Great location. Lovely clean room. I was pleasantly surprised at the breakfast ($) in the lobby. No need to hunt for something. Loved the walk in shower and the bed was very comfortable . I highly recommend and I will be back.

Once again, just like every visit before, the Muse New York is like home away from home! The staff is among the best and they set the standard for excellence! Yaevick treats us like family and goes out of her way to ensure the perfect room and outstanding experience every time. Angel, Barbara, Alyssa, Andrew, Vanna, & Waku along with the cafe staff work together to make guests feel welcome. The ambiance is inviting, it's quiet, yet less than a block to Times Square and walkable to the Theatre District, Disney Store, restaurants, and just about anywhere you want to go. There is also a nearby subway entrance and the bell staff will happily secure a taxi for you within minutes. The rooms are clean, updated, roomy and have a contemporary/boutique feel. The lobby cafe offers grab 'n go items, breakfast pastries, coffees and espressos, and cocktails for purchase, and complimentary coffee. After trying many Manhattan hotels over the years,The Muse NY has been our go-to for several years now and will continue to be our preferred and chosen hotel for all the reasons stated above. You will not find a more welcoming staff, perfect location, and all-around perfect hotel in Manhattan than The Muse NY! Thanks to all the staff, and particularly Yaevick for the perfect room and all you do each time we visit! Already looking forward to seeing you on our next trip!
