Amazing location next to Times Square. Staff were very nice and helpful. Spacious room (deluxe king). Comfortable mattress and pillows. Perfect blackout blinds. Really liked the shower with both overhead and handheld shower heads and can set the temperature once and leave it at that setting for the next time you shower. Lounge and bar very comfortable to hang out in. Wifi worked well. Some construction noise audible from outdoors in early morning but presumably that is only temporary.

I've been to NYC before and even though we paid a lot of money for the previous hotels, this one far exceeded any others. Clean rooms, very large rooms compared to other hotels, water pressure in the shower is amazing, great customer service by every employee, location is right by Time Square, but was nice and quiet...Daniel at the front desk was super helpful (along with all the others)...overall just could not be happier with this hotel. I used to be a travel constantly and have stayed in MANY hotels...this is at the very top. So refreshing! Thank you Muse Hotel! You should be so proud of your hotel and your employees!
