The staff were attentive and ensured that we felt taken care of for our entire stay. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, in the heart of Times Square, a half a block away from Bryant Park. Our room was very nice, and the addition of sound proof windows and black out curtains really allowed us to enjoy the views in the daytime without any of the headache from street noise.

I didn't know what to expect because it was super close to times square but this hotel was amazing! I would 100% stay here again and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. So many smiles and helpful hands always. They always had someone to open the door and someone to guide us up the elevators. Being so close to time square and honestly everything else was amazing! It felt like we could walk everywhere from this location and it wasn't too much. I will for sure stay here again

Room was great and staff very courteous and helpful. The location is the best. Times Square is right there and all the theaters, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central were an easy walk. Subway was right outside the door. Will definitely return

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful — we could even see a section of Times Square, which made the stay feel extra special. The toiletries smelled amazing, and the soundproofing in the room was phenomenal. Even though the hotel is in a busy area, it truly felt peaceful and quiet inside. The location is unbeatable. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and the subway stations were extremely close, which made getting around the city very easy. The pricing is definitely on the expensive side, but the convenience of not needing to rent a car made it worth it. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!

The staff was so great and attentive. I had an issue with my credit card in the airport and they were so patient at check in while I was able to get it cleared up. The hotel is so clean. The housekeeping/turn down service was pristine.

The rooms were not soundproof as advertised. While I expected some city noise, the real issue was a storage room for housekeeping located directly across from my room, along with noise from neighboring rooms. Throughout the night, I heard what sounded like doors or cupboards being repeatedly slammed. I’m not sure if it was housekeeping or something else, but it made it very difficult to sleep—even with earplugs. When I called to report the issue, I received an apology but was ultimately brushed off to the manager, who did not answer. This left me feeling that the concern was not taken seriously. The check-in area could also use an upgrade. The setup feels inefficient, with patrons standing around waiting and very little privacy at the long, shared counter. On a positive note, the rooms themselves were beautiful and clean, the shower pressure was excellent, and the location is fantastic. The concierge and bell staff were friendly and courteous. If not for the noise issues and the lack of a sincere response when I voiced my concern, I would consider returning. Unfortunately, sleepless nights on my final day made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay.
