I was very impressed with the breakfast. The people in charge took pride in their job. The cleaning crew also took great pride. The place is spotless. Yvonne helped us accommodate my husband who is handicapped. Everyone was very helpful to us.

Way to overpriced for what you get, the neighborhood where it is located is not nice at all, doesn’t feel safe to walk around. Even though the room was very clean, it has a lot of defects both in design and maintenance. If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest this is definitely not the one, there was people smashing doors and shouting at 4 am in the morning.

We have not had a good experience arriving at this hotel. First the girl at the front desk was very unfriendly. We got all ready to go to bed and when we open the bed, we found 2 big stain in the bedsheets which was very disgusting. I went to the front desk and I was told that someone will come and change the sheets. When the guy got here he try to hand the sheets to us to change the bed ourselves, he said he is done work for the day. He only removed the sheets and my cousin had to finish making the bed. We ended up dealing with one curly hair gentleman who was nice. That is the only good experience we have had so far. We were so freaked out were not able to take a picture of the stains.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was a nice touch. The staff was kind, professional and courteous. It was quiet by NYC standards allowing for a good night’s sleep. Atlantic Terminal is close and I had no issues getting access to transportation. Overall, would visit again.
