I arrived early and was told for a small fee they could get me into a different room. The room itself was fine but I definitely did not get the view you see in the photos. I love flying so having the planes pass overhead was a bonus for me. I also visited the rooftop bar and the bartender was nice and I had a great view again of the planes. The amenities in the room were fine including the shower, closet space (no closet, just a big shelf which was fine) and the desk. The tv screen was a little dark at the bottom which was not a big deal. One thing that was very good is the size of the towels in the shower. This is not always the case with even some very high end hotels. The hotel is next to a shopping area which was good. I was there for one night and I'd go back if it was for just a night.

It was an ok stay

Beds were comfortable and room was cozy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our stay to make it smooth. TV channels were very limited, no microwave in the room making it challenging to reheat leftovers. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, limited food options, most of the food was cold and there were also no signage of food or allergy restrictions

Upon arrival we were happy to see easy access to station (7 min walk). We were not ready for the funky odor- musky and weed mixed in. Next, the front desk person told us that breakfast was American breakfast, but honestly it was Asian inspired. We don’t mind Asian food but this was a joke. WORST breakfast we’ve had ever. We chose this place because they said breakfast was included, at this point not worth the extra $.

I was not a fan of this hotel as the Internet gave me a prompt saying that it was unsecured and that my my Internet connection was subject to being a hacked into so that was a major red flag. The carpet was extremely dirty. It’s affordable if you need to stay but I didn’t feel at ease at all.

We as indian family stayed here, overall stay was good, subway is walking distance, access to manhattan is good. Hotel was cheaper compared to manhatten properties. Breakfast is mostly Chinese so less continental options. Everything else is good.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last year and just as previous our stay was fantastic. The staff was hospitable, the room was clean, the area was safe with a good shopping mall just one street away. The only gripe I had is that being vegetarian there wasn’t much variety in the breakfast area for me. However my wife had her fill. Overall the stay was great.
