So so

Location is perfect and the suite was bigger than I thought would be. The morning breakfast was so so. No protein, just pastries, bagels, and old bananas. They had two elevators but one was broken the whole time we were there (4 days). The gentleman at the front desk had no eta on when it would be fixed. Sometimes we had to wait up to 5 minutes for the working elevator. Amenities were so so - tried to use the hairdryer but it was so old and didn’t work well. Pros were location and cleanliness.

Nice hotel in a great location

It was a nice hotel located in a great area and would overall recommend. However, I was disappointed as I had a family next to me that had children running around from 11pm - 2am every night. I finally called the front desk to see if they could please reach out and nicely ask the folks next store to be mindful of the quiet hours. They said they would but never did as I did not hear the phone ring. Finally an hour later I walked next store and asked them to please keep it down and they were very apologetic and immediately did so. This is also how I knew the front desk did not reach out. I did not appreciate that.

Love NYC and The Pearl Hotel!

The greatest location! The street was very quiet but close to all the best plays. A grocery store is next door and a cvs on the corner. The staff were all super nice and helpful! After a long day it was nice to come back to a complimentary glass of wine! My new go to hotel in NYC! Thanks Pearl! You made our stay delightful!

We had a wonderful stay. Location was excellent for us as well as the room type and size. The staff were always kind and helpful. The only comment I have is that one of the elevators was not working and at some times during the day there was a longer wait for it.

Great Spot!

Great experience overall. Door staff was very helpful upon check-in and check-out. Initial check-in staff were very pleasant despite being a little early. We came back at 4pm when our room was ready and we were greeted by Keegan who treated us to a room upgrade. Room was very clean and our floor was quiet. Great location in the theater district and subway station fairly close. Would definitely stay again!!
