Third year staying here for a conference. The water pressure in the shower is 5-star worthy which I greatly appreciate. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are drab and old, especially the carpets, but the place is clean, you pay for the location, which is incredible.

The property does not look anything like the pictures. The room was small and cold, when I asked for additional blankets, I was told there was none available. I was given a space heater that barely worked. The water for showering was cold as well. I feel like I was swindled. If I knew my stay would be this way, I would’ve booked someplace else.

The room was extremely cold. I asked to be switched and the woman at the desk told me they are completely booked for the night. The heater in the room was broken; hence, they had a small heater set up on the floor in the room, which was too small to heat up the entire room. The technician came and looked at it and said we do not have another heater. They later gave me a BLANKET to stay warm. This room should not have been advertised for anyone to book. Completely devastated about this experience. Shoreham Management, you can do better and you can make this right. Room #319 occupant on December 31st, 2025.
