This is a very good, well run hotel. I was skeptical because I avoid Times Square like the plague, but the location worked well for this trip. Asked for and received a quiet room in the back. My room was smallish, but comfortable layout in Nordic minimalist style. Bar, restaurant, staff all first-rate. And how about this — I left a sport coat on checkout and secured its return quickly and easily.

Room was spotless, minimalist luxury! Door guys and receptionist/ guest experience all amazing! The only thing that lets this hotel down ( having stayed twice now ) is the slow/ inconsistent service in the terrace restaurant.

From the moment we checked in until leaving, the staff was incredible. We were upgraded to a King, our room was neatly organized daily-even our phone cords! And we even had a kind note from the housekeeper on our last day. I can't remember the last place we stated where we received such care.

The room was very small, but hey it’s New York. It was well designed and beautiful. Loved the breakfast space with the “outdoor” rooftop garden and the lounge- and holy moly if you haven’t had millionaires bacon, definitely get that on the breakfast menu- all around a great stay great service would definitely go back. The fact that they also offer you tickets to the MOMA was a nice touch.
