If you want to be in the heart of it all, this is it. The Hotel overall is pretty nice and well kept. The rooms are typical. the gentleman that checked us in was boasting that the room 'he gave us' was amazing and blah blah blah...and the reality was that it was ok. We had the double beds that seem a bit smaller than other places. The decor was fine but the bathroom sink was less than desirable with slow drainage and a color sequence that hid optimum cleanliness. Amenities are great including the exercise room. We didnt go to the bar or restaurant because of so many must haves in NY, thus it didn't make the cut, but it looked appealing. Due to the location to Times Square it is louder than what we are used to, mainly due to police or ambulance sirens, so if that bothers you, dont stay here. Otherwise it is pretty solid.

Everything went smoothly here. Beds were nice. Could have been quieter but it is Times Sqaure. We got there early but were still able to check in so that was nice. It's super close to everything including subway stations. The only thing that could have been better is the water pressure in the shower. Overall outstanding.

The showers needed cleaning — they had tile, and the grout was black with mold. Those areas need to be cleaned thoroughly. Every day there was some issue because they would forget to leave body wash or shampoo, and they wouldn’t leave enough towels for four people.

Staying up to the property was AMAZING from the arrival with Eddison ensuring we was upgraded, Nicole P. holding our shopping so we could go bagless on a tour and Al Torres ensuring our bags were taken upon arrival and deliverrd our room and placed in our car when departing. The hotel is within walking distance to Port Authority Station and Times Square. The views from the 37th floor are fabulous. The room was modern and clean with comfortable beds. The only downfall was the last morning of our stay we were awoken by loud banging at approximately 8:30am. To compensate for this issue the manager Jorge provided us with breakfast, which was lovely. He promised 50K bonus points for Bonvoy as well, however I have only received 30K thus far and we checked out a week ago.

Hotel was fine. Disappointed that only one complementary water bottle was there in the room but there was 2 of us. The destination fee was disappointing because we booked activities ahead of time and too late to cancel and use the hotels offer. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time. But we still had to pay destination fees $40 plus each per day per person but only offered a one person room credit of $20 to use a few ways. No mini fridge in room for our leftovers we brought back. Didn’t look before we headed out right away once we checked into hotel. Never stayed at a place that didn’t have one. Great location and so many places walkable.
