Great property for our NYC visit and concert! Location is a bit away from Times Square and grand central which we liked as it wasn’t so loud and busy. We took the metro north and had suitcases so it was still an easy walk. The Starbucks inside the hotel was very convenient and the room was spacious and clean. Even the pull out couch was comfortable!

easy check in and check out.friendly staff, luggage storage available, water available upon request. no noise leaking from outside the hotel. only heard sounds from hallways (talking, doors opening/ closing). neck pains from pillows being too soft than what I'm used to but mattress was comfortable. nice big desk space to work/ eat at. didn't order food but bar and breakfast available right past the lobby. large lobby space with lots of seating

The property was clean , except for the outter party of bathroom window and the the bathroom is small but for the time I was there it was just right. It was not to far from 5th Ave and time square. The staff was super friendly.

Hotel is old but in really good condition. Super comfy beds. Very quiet which is wonderful to find in NYC. Location is too far from a subway. I had messaged beforehand about getting an early check in as we were arriving on a red eye. I was told maybe—ask when we get there. We arrived at 8 am and asked about an early check in and the front desk man was extremely rude and gave us a swift NO with no options other than we can drop our bags. We left and a few hours later I called and asked if there were any rooms available yet and the lady asked me if I had started the check in process when we were there. I told her that was t given to us as an option and she said she couldn’t give me any status updates unless we had done that. Super frustrating. Our tub didn’t drain which we told them about. They tried to fix it but the next day it was still draining slow.
