Never again. I happily stayed here multiple times pre-pandemic, but ohhhh lawd how things have changed. I have questions. How can there possibly be so many food crumbs BETWEEN the desk surface and its glass top? What’s the story behind these blinds being so chewed up? Who are these recent 5-star reviews coming from? Other reviews suggest they got the same room as me, which may be one of the only ones available to the general public now: 1116. Did you want a standard sized bed pillow like every other hotel in the world? Sorry, just 14x14 square pieces of garbage for you now. Unless of course you want to use one of the decorative pillows with “mystery” stains on them. I put “mystery” in quotes because I keep a black light on my keychain and I was afraid to turn it on, because I kinda knew. It ain’t yogurt. All 4 edges of the door had light pouring through them. Sound proofing is non-existent. Needless to say: no more breakfast, no more room service. But hey GOOD NEWS: 6 feet from your door there’s a communal kitchen where the residents will loudly microwave cans of chilli like they’re cartoon hobos in an un-PC Warner Bros. cartoon. And guess what your room will smell like the whole time? The residents using the kitchen simply do not care about their volume, no matter the hour. This is a glorified hostel now, and not worth the proximity to NJPAC if that’s the reason for your visit. My, how the sufficient have fallen.

Clean room, easy check-in, reasonably priced, great location close to the aiport with free shuttle services. But the hotel offered no water which struck me as bizarre. I had to buy it from the vending machine downstairs.

My overall stay was excellent. The only issue I had was waiting over 30 minutes to get to my room after check in. They only have 1 elevator and they had an event going on. I’ve never seen a line to get on a crowded elevator. But that’s the only issue I had.
