Airport shuttle a joke! phone never answered

I took a redeye and waited over an hour for an airport shuttle that the website said would come every 30 minutes. I tried calling the hotel multiple times both the day before my travel and while waiting for the shuttle and no one ever answered the phone! After nearly an hour of waiting with no shuttle coming (I was tracking on their airport shuttle tracking app) I finally generously tipped an airport shuttle driver from a neighboring hotel to take me! Then we waiting almost an hour for a shuttle back to the airport (with the app showing no shuttle in service and no employee around to ask!)and ended up calling an uber- I paid almost $50 in tip and uber ride to get to and from the airport from a hotel that said 24 hr airport shuttle. So disappointing!

It wasn’t too far from the Port and the room was clean and quiet. Was not clear where I was waiting to be picked up at the airport was not the right area and it took an hour and a half to finally be picked up. The other issue I had was there was no hot water so I had a cold shower. Hope I don’t get pneumonia,
