I didn’t like that Expedia claimed daily housekeeping, and the property o my provided housekeeping every other day. I stayed for four days with kids and only got housekeeping once. Also, there was food at the bar that no one would sell until 3pm

The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t friendly. Her tone made us feel like she didn’t want to be at work, no smile, no “hi, how are you all”, no “please let us know if you need anything during your stay”. We asked her multiple questions and she had an attitude tone and seemed annoyed to answer our questions. We never experience such behavior when checking in a hotel. She needs to be retrained in customer service and stay home if you don’t want to work.

Very subpar service and breakfast

Front desk people are very aloof. Do converce or do something without paying attention to guests. Answer questions with attitude of trying to be bit arrogant and annoyed. So you don't want even to request why safe box is not working or internet for that matter. Breakfast menu is very subpar for the price of accomodation. Good location though.

While the stay was comfortable and very much accessible to airport, mall and public transportation, we didn’t know there will be parking charges. I was charged 48$ for 2 night stay. Pls check their website before booking.

Never again!!!!

I booked a three night stay @ your Newark NJ, Airport location from 6/22-6/25 my first night the air conditioner was not working in the room, when I told the front desk I was given another room, unfortunately the air was not working in that room either. I was then given another room only to wake up the next morning and find out there was no hot water in that room. I was given the key to another room to shower and get dressed. I have been compensated for two nights, based on the level of inconvenience I experienced I feel I should be compensated for the entire stay. Two nights in a row I had pack-up my belongings and move to another room only to have to move again. I expected so much more from the Hampton Inn, and I will definitely share my experience with, family, friends.

Not bad but not great either

Only one person at front desk working night shift and the same person worked the next morning shift lots of people checking in and out since its so close to the airport, seemed overworked and understaffed. Gated parking lot was full. Room was clean, Ice maker didn't work on our floor, breakfast was just ok.
