Rooms were clean and its in a very public transportation friendly area as well with a good shopping option in 5 minutes walk. However, the staff is just horrible, I asked for Tissue box and they literally said “Well YOU can come and grab it”. In the end, they do offer Shuttle service, but it can be delayed or their driver just might not show up, in that scenario they ask a third party shuttle to help which only supports 1-2 groups at a time and I was just left to book my own cab out.

Overall the room was clean and breakfast good. The receptionist that was there in the evening was really nice and offered good advices on food to get at 9pm. However, our stay was not the greatest. The water in the shower of our room was pooling to our ankles, which made it a bit disgusting to shower or bath our baby in. Also, we had an early flight in the morning and planned to take a hotel shuttle at 7:15. We were there ready to go and waiting at 7am. The guy responsible for the shuttle did not show up for his shift and the women at the front desk was extremely impolite when we asked for help. She said that we had to wait for the driver to show without attempting to call him or offering to call a cab. One hour later, when we were all getting worried about missing our flight, we asked her to call a cab and she was extremely impolite and inconvenienced to call us a cab. She ended up ordering us a black uber, which is a very fancy vehicle that costs 4x the price than regular a cab over 100$ instead of 25$-30$. The gentleman driving the uber was really nice and understanding. We offered to pay but he ended up dropping us at the airport for free. We stayed at the hotel on the night of October 4-5.

The property was conveniently close to the airport and to a shopping mall with stores and restaurants. The breakfast had several good options. We were there prior to a cruise and spent time in New Jersey and Manhattan during our stay.

Unreliable shuttle

Location is good. Breakfast room and staff are what you would expect the hotel shuttle, however was not consistent / clear nor coordinated with the front desk. Even with without a tight schedule, you need to make other arrangements for ground transportation.

One of the two elevators was broken so it took a long time to get up to your room. The front desk manager was brisk on the verge of rude when I asked questions and she told us misinformation about our shuttle. Breakfast was minimal. No fresh fruit or yogert. Website say airport shuttle runs 24 hrs and at every 30 mins. We waited 1 hr at the designated area made multiple calls to hotel front desk where the first time they promised in 15 mins (@2p) called back 215p and they say the shuttle is still at the hotel. 240p the shuttle finally arrived. When we entered our room, there were sheets on the floor. Clearly the room hasn’t been cleaned/serviced. Went back to front desk and they switched us to another room. The room was also on the 7th floor with 1 elevator out of service. It was a long wait every time. The mall across the street was big but felt unsafe.

One of the elevators was broken and it took a while to get to the room, the parking lot has an annoying feature where you need the use the room key to open it so you need to checkin and repark. The room / hotel was neat and clean.
