Arrived at 2.25pm and room was not ready, which is weird given that check in is @3pm and it was a Friday. Front desk attendant said room should be ready in 30 minutes but I waited for more than 1 hr in the lobby. Got tired of waiting, I went back to cunter and somehow the room was now good to go. After waiting, the door lock was not even turned on for the room, but after dealing with the quasi-useless tag team at the front desk (lazy big girl or limping skinny who's always on her cell phone) I went to the housekeepong supervisor and she took care of the issue. All the hard work your housekeeping and kitchen team puts in, gets wasted by the lack of professionalism from your front desk workers. Never staying at this property again

Very nice area just the girl at the lobby when checking in seemed to be not so nice , not smiling and speaking too fast. Me since I work in customer service smiling is very important and eye contact.

This hotel is unfit to operate as habitable lodging. This structure should be closed down, boarded up and forbidden to rent rooms to anyone until they do a complete renovation. Simply disgusting. I am so disappointed in Hilton Honors; someone is definitely asleep at the helm.
