Staff is very friendly, and the place is clean. There is a convenient little shop with snacks and microwave on ground floor. My only complaint is the squeaky chair in our room and the high-pitched creaky noise the toilet makes when flushing.

Pros- - Clean enough - Housekeeping staff were friendly - Breakfast was great, lots of options Cons- - I am trying to contact the hotel about a billing concern- I believe I have been overcharged and I cannot find an email address to send my concerns to. I did call but the person I spoke to seemed unconcerned and I am out hundreds of dollars. - Pool was unusable, very gross. - Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.

It was the shuttle experience for me.

Great customer service. Confortable beds. There was a variety of tasty items for breakfast. Everything lovely except the shuttle experience returning to the airport. Without dragging this out; the driver was in distress, driving fast, making additional stops, and dropped us off at the wrong terminal as opposed to the pickup/ drop off location. We were ready to get off.

Everything was fine wth my room, very clean & good condition. I used the refrig & micro. It said there was a continental brkfast but it was an excellent hot & cold breakfast! We got the townhouse with 2 bedrooms. The 2 king beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and the hotel was situated very close to the ferry. Unfortunately, it was super expensive for what it was , we ended up paying approx 525$ per night and it was not worth it. The hotel is ran down, the shower door upstairs is not closing, there is a portable air conditioner upstairs that sits in a litter pan, it is so loud and it appears to have 2 modes : super cold and super hot ( I had to wake up all night to adjust temperature). The upstairs bedroom has an opening to a skylight ( there is a cover but does not cover completely) , so we were up every morning with the sunrise. The staircase it s a total hazard, so unsafe , duck taped and painted over , very unstable, it s meant to break ( don t worry, they make you sign a waiver when you check in, just in case it breaks with you). The bathroom’s door downstairs it does not close and the shower downstairs has only hot water, impossible to use without getting burned. The keys from the main door keep deactivating, so every time we wanted to get back in the room , we had to go by the front desk and ask for new card keys . I have no clue how this is 3stars, it s more a motel.

Stayed here before our cruise the next day. Amazing how you are right on the airport and don't hear a thing! Everyone was nice and the room was clean. Affordable option for precruise - would do again
