Because the room was on the top floor, the roof made the shower too condense. As I am 6 feet tall, I was not able to move around in the shower. So I did not shower during my stay. The lower rooms are fine. But I will never want to room on the top floor in the future.

It’s was a pleasant stay at a quiet, clean and charming place. It is a 2 block walk to restaurants, stores and the train to NYC. If you don’t mind walking some stairs with your luggage, you won’t want to stay anywhere else.

I love this inn. It's such a warm, welcoming, charming place and I always have an excellent stay. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable and the location of Turkey Hill Inn is very convenient to the main shops and other businesses of Summit. Highly recommend this inn.

Nice, quiet inn with Victorian flare. The suite is spacious with clean linens. King bed was extremely comfortable, shower pressure excellent, plenty of towels and overall clean. The heat must be central as it was too hot but the windows can be opened to cool off the rooms. The only negative comment is the door lock as it is an outdated room key with a loose connection. I was a bit apprehensive leaving anything valuable in the room. I would stay again.

I love this place. I wish I had discovered it years ago. I regularly come to New York City for work and this has been an unknown amazing place until now. At Summit train station which is two blocks away is an easy commute into New York City. The rooms are beautiful. It’s quiet. The Ymca is just over the train tracks. And there are many options for food and drinks nearby. The in itself is historic and the rooms are large and comfortable. The in staff are very nice and supportive. So thank you, Maria. I stayed here multiple times through the past few weeks and I anticipate being back. For me five stars all the way.

My Son and I recently spent a weekend at the Turkey Hill Inn in Summit, NJ, and it was nothing short of magical. Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street just steps from Summit Station, this 18th-century gem offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort—think exposed wooden beams, spacious room, and plush bedding that makes you never want to leave your room. Our room was spotless, with fresh linens, and fluffy towels. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious for a historic property. If you're seeking an authentic B&B experience without the frills (or crowds) of a big hotel, book here—you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!
