I was flabbergasted by the friendliness of front desk staff and their focus on my needs each time I stopped by. Combining that with the convenience of the location (right across the street from the train station and parking much more affordable than in NYC), this hotel is a real gem.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was pretty spacious and in a convenient location for me across the street from subway station. You would think it would be a disturbance, but I had no issues.
