Room smelled like cigarettes. I tried Calling the front desk twice to let them know. I could hear him. He couldn't hear me. I tried unplugging the phone and plugging it back in to see if connection was bad. I had to go to the front desk and found the clerk on their cell phone. I told him the situation and he said he would write up a service ticket. Overall room was clean and comfortable.

I’ve had a great stay so far—the staff is friendly and the room is lovely. The only small concern is the bathtub faucet, which is a bit hard to turn and bathroom exhaust fan is broken.
