Check in was easy Nice quiet room Continental breakfast all weekend even though the listing said it was just weekdays. Used the extra blankets in the closet as I like it extra cozy. Loved the in room coffee maker for coffee and tea water. Quick checkout. Economical! Will stay again!

Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. Sheets smelled musty and carpet was old. Tv was basic. Walls were very thin. First night neighbors partying till 7am. 2nd night could hear snoring thru wall. Pool was heated but small and used for kids class on Sunday morning. We could’ve stayed while class in there but really would’ve been tight. Needed keycard reset twice despite following the initial instructions to keep away from phone, laptop and other cards. Breakfast was impressive!

Unfortunately, what stood out the most was the fire alarms being activated in the middle of the night. This is the second time in less than six months that this has occurred at the Sleep in Middletown GOSHEN. They supply you with no answers, and MANAGEMENT does not respond to calls.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very accommodating to my guest who came to see us. The breakfast could offer more variation but it was good, everything was fresh in the mornings; the 24hrs tea and coffee facility was very helpful. This hotel is not luxurious but we appreciated it for the time we spent.

Everything was just fine, except our check in process. It seems that our reservation was given to someone else and then they could not find ours. It took about 20-30 mins to figure it out, but we finally got a room. The front desk person was very kind and tried to work out the issue. We presented all of our Hotels.com confirmation which included the verification of prepayment. She called her manager and eventually it was all squared away.
