I stayed at Quest Newcastle yesterday with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Newcastle. Great place for families!

Pretty Noisy, quite close to a main arterial. There was also a bar downstairs which had music playing until quite late. It was however great for public transport and dining options.

The staff at check in (and pre-check in were helpful and friendly). Room was clean and they updated the layout to accomodate our teenage kids. My only complaint was that the bedroom and bathroom doors need greasing as they all squeaked very loudly.

It’s ok , but only the lounge area has a split A/C , nothing but a fan in the bedrooms bit basic . Can’t really open the windows for air as it’s very noisy . Pool and gym quite disappointing and grimy you wouldnt go in and the gym is a bit of a joke . Pictures look way better than real life .
