Power went out in room had no assistance in getting power back on apart from a text message saying where the metre box was, luckily hours later at 1am my partner managed to get our power on, managment advised they would offer a voucher or refund then denied offering this and ignored all contact. Room was clean and lovely so unfortunate the stay was tainted with the service and response

Hello , on arrival we found the unit a bit dirty and the staff very rude to the point she texted and he said "just leave - just go " So we did . On the bottom of there 'motel information book' said if Not happy a full refund would apply , We were in the room for about half an hour All up . We had to find another motel for the night . I have receipts for other motel . Please advise Rod

The room was ok on first inspection until we pulled the sheets on the bed back to find blood and other stains all over the bed , when we called the number as it was around 8:30pm the number provided was incorrect a voice mail message gave the correct number which we called to have a rude caretaker not care at all her response was she was in bed and not getting up for this sh#t and she was not coming over to look at dirty sheets we just wanted them replaced with clean ones or placed into another clean room . Our room was already paid for $122 later we had contemplated leaving and continuing driving and sleeping in our car at a truck stop the bedding was that bad … we slept on top of the single bed together squished and sharing a throw that I had brought on our trip. I would avoid this terrible , disgusting , unprofessional and unsanitary place if I could have asked for a full refund I would have as it was not a place I’d allow my dog to stay … if I could give a minus rating I would …AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE as you might just get that or some other disease with blood stained sheets and god only knows else was on them …

My friend I were very pleased with the accommodation. Kerry the receptionist was friendly, helpful and professional. The budget villa was inexpensive. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our two night stay. I would readily recommend this venue to others.

No problems with parking. Description of "villa" could be excessive. I expected cooking facilities beyond a microwave, and cutlery, cups, glasses and plates, while they existed were only one, or at best, two.
