Stayed for 1 night chose the hotel for the location and car park which were both good. It is around a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle but that is uphill. Check in/out was easy staff were polite friendly. Room was clean a good size. Would stay here again.

Decent location, carpark was ok but one part was gravel with a bank that required cautious driving. Ask for a room the is not above the entrance as it was busy and the smoke shelter was there, so quite loud at times.

Nice hotel, misuse of room phone

Lovely staff and a nice room, the bed wasn’t too comfortable but it was all very clean. The only issue we had was receiving a phone call through the room phone at 00:30 on our second night, which woke us both from a deep sleep but cut out before we could answer (presumably the staff member realised they had misdialled). It may have been accidental but is the reason for awarding 4 stars.
