The house is set amongst the trees with stunning waterfront views of the Pines Beach, overlooking French Island. A cosy, country-style retreat; The Pines Beach House is comfortable and spacious. Boasting 3 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, front and back decks there is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

Walking distance to the Newhaven shops down a quiet leafy street with cafes and the beach just over the road the house is perfectly suited to families and their pets.

The Pines Beach House is the perfect family getaway, offering plenty of space for two families to holiday in comfort. Enjoy stunning views of Westernport Bay and French Island from the front deck—the perfect spot to unwind.

Situated down a quiet, tree-lined lane beside the waterfront, you’ll be relaxing before you even arrive.The house features three generous living areas—two with TVs—that can be separated by a door and hallway, giving flexibility and privacy for families or groups.

The home sleeps eight across four bedrooms: two queen rooms (one with ensuite) and two twin rooms. Downstairs features a queen and a twin room with a nearby bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts water views (from your bed!!) and a full ensuite, with a twin room next door.

The office has a large desk and serene water views, so if you must work, you can do so in quiet comfort.

Multiple outdoor spaces let you enjoy the fresh air: a front deck with gorgeous views, a backyard deck overlooking the garden, and a large balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the water. The generous backyard is perfect for kids and puppers to run and play.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. There are two full bathrooms with bathtubs, plus an additional toilet off the main living area.

It’s just a 10-minute walk to the local Newhaven shops, with great cafes, homewares shops, and the much-loved Phillip Island Bakery. Around a 15-minute walk away, enjoy waterfront dining at Saltwater on Newhaven Jetty, known for delicious wood-fired pizzas, seafood and relaxed coastal vibes.
