Warm and Inviting

We were visiting colleges with our 11th grader, It was a cold, brisk two days but sunny and bright! The room was warm and inviting, we definitely felt like we were at home. We love Newport and will definitely be back.

I have been staying at Americana’s Cup Inn for several years. I can’t recall any problems and the location is prime with all of the restaurants, shops, and bars at your fingertips. The staff is extremely friendly and the continental breakfast is everything you could ask for. The rooms are a bit older, but very clean and stocked with extra towels/water. I will continue to book at America’s Cup Inn as I give them a 5 star rating!

When we checked into the hotel, they told us that they gave our room to someone else. They had us stay in a room that we did not book. We were told that we would be given a discount because they gave our room to someone else. There was not discount when we checked out even though they gave away the room we booked months in advance.
