The best thing about the property was the view and property manager Bianna who came to our room to connect the television.
The carpets were dirty, dust on dresser, fry oil on outside of tea pot. Cook wear was lousy, cupboard shelves fell, garbage disposal cover didn't fit so it went into the garbage disposal. Even the throw blanket on the couch was filthy!
We stayed after Christmas and the room had absolutely no heat before our arrival. It took a full 24 hours to warm the place up. Lastly, it was advertised that the property had smart TV, not so! All we could watch was live TV. No, satellite TV or apps on the television to watch our shows. Terrible internet connection and had to use my phone as a hot spot to watch something on my laptop. Not impressed at all.
The toilet of one of the bathrooms was broken when we checked in. Notified the rental office right away, but was told they would look at it whenever they could find a plumber. We stayed for 4 nights, they ended up not fixing it at all.
The wifi password they provided did not work. Because we checked in after 5PM, we had to wait until the next day to ask the rental office. They just causally said "oh yeah, we knew the password didn't work, and here I'll write down the new password on a piece of paper for you". So they knew we couldn't connect to the wifi, but didn't bother to reach out ahead of time.
The place is kind of small and the furnishings are outdated. Good location though. Overall it was just an ok experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone else.
We usually stay on the beach but everything was booked. We decided to stay here since it was on the Historic Bayfront. What a great location. We were able to walk to the shops in just a couple of minutes and we had a beautiful view of the docked ships and bay.
