Quaint, clean and cozy!

Quaint, clean and updated rooms at this motel stay! Welcoming staff! Comfy beds and clean bathroom! Older tile in bathroom showed wear but nothing that interfered with our stay. Bathroom vent may need cleaned in order to be more effective. Climate control was easy and we were comfortable! Staff was kind and worked quickly to accommodate our requested extra night due to last minute circumstance!

Safe but lacking.

Upon arrival to the room, we went into the bathroom to wash her hands after a long drive into freshen up. All the pipes underneath the bathroom seat leaked onto the floor so we had to put a waste can underneath the pipes. there were no clothes hangers. Beds way way too high for disabled elderly guests. Difficult to get into.

This was a very basic room and I get it. However, the tub drain was plugged with hair, and the fan in the bathroom was full of dust that needs to be vacuumed. Also, given the fact that most of your customers are from away some local information would be extremely helpful such as, Local restaurants, Their hours in what kind of fair they offer. Also some local attractions would be helpful. It’s not expensive to put a little binder together and leave in each room.

Everything in the room was clean and worked, and there is nothing better than the car parked right outside your door on a snowy day, Front desk was professional, friendly and very helpful, I would stay there again!

Management responsive

The cleanliness and renovation attempts are appreciated though some odd choices. We had a tough neighbor and had to deal with manager to get situation handled. Management was responsive and all was fine in the end. We slept well but I wouldn't recommend to a single woman or mom traveling alone with her kids.
