Get away

Property good smell like an over abundance of Hotel air freshener. I was on the second floor Waterview room very nice. Only bad thing is was over the top of a bar underneath that seemed to favor lotta young college people music was very loud. Could feel the base from the music. I was OK though we stayed up late and did our own thing but when you’re going to bed if you’re a light sleeper, it might be a problem.

Great Views!

Great views and walking distance from everything! We were able to walk to all restaurants we wanted to try, shopping and even the mansions! The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfy! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful wedding weekend

Great clean hotel. We had 1 small issue with the room. And it was taken care of within 30 mins. Having the bar in the parking garage was a bit loud when coming home later in the evening but was not an issue at all in the room. Definitely would come back..

Newport stay

The location is excellent. It is close to the center of Newport and its many excellent restaurants. The staff are always available and knowledgeable. The room, although on the old side, was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the harbor. We did have a problem with a sticky door, but the staff immediately took care of it. In all a very enjoyable stay.

Very clean, so nice to have a little kitchen so we could cook breakfast, lunch and dinner…beautiful view of the water out the window, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises…very comfortable bed and great shower!

Relaxing Getaway

Had a great time. I have one small issue the Elevator was really slow but it did work. Other than that no complaints. Everyone one that we came in contact with were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We stayed at this property during “off season” (late March) and the price was unbeatable. Great location and overall set up of the room. We stayed in a one bedroom with a 4 year old, 2 year old, and 2 adults. The set up was perfect with the kitchenette/bathroom/hallway splitting the bedroom and living area. This allowed for two separate sleeping areas for our small children. While this is set up like a hotel, there are minimal amenities (no house keeping, garbage needs to be put outside your room, limited staff interaction besides check in, etc.) This was fine for us but just something to keep in mind. While noise was not a problem for us I do suspect this may be an issue during busier times as there is a bar directly below the property and traveling with small children we felt the walls were a but thin. Overall great location and price - would stay here again!

Wonderful Setting

Arrival, check-in, and property orientation went smoothly - front desk team member was friendly and responsive. The suite met expectations with regard to comfortable and tidy interior and stunning view. Location provided walkable access to shopping and dining. Free off-street parking was a bonus. We recommend this property and the unit where we stayed.

St.Patricks Day Weekend in Newport

Overall, the stay was fine. Location was ideal. And it was a place to stay for St. Patrick’s day weekend. The room was clean, beautiful location. However. There was no mention to us the the bar attached the the hotel was located directly below us, and that it would be going STRONG until 2/3am. It was so loud, and the walls were so paper thin, that we could hear patrons talking and yelling.Nevermind the music. If you are a sound sleeper, great hotel! If not, pack earplugs!!

Beautiful location with some blips

The location was amazing. We had harbor views and the sunsets were magical. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room upon arrival looked nice but did need some attention. The shower floor required some scrubbing (which I did). We requested new sheets as ours had hair and stains on them. The shower light bulb needed to be replaced. The hot water came out yellow which told me the hotels water heater was having some issues which they did remedy on our last day. The floors also could have used some attention. The location is convenient and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
