Great place, lovely ambience

Room was very nice. Unexpected noise from the post office trucks loading at 3:30 a.m. Free parking was financially welcome but had to ark off site. Lovely place, hospitality room on second floor was very nice. Would recommend!!!

Really liked this property, we stayed in one of the third floor apartments and it was adorable and very comfortable. The parking situation is tricky, though. Their parking lot is really far away, like a 20 minute walk far away. You’re better off finding street parking or using one of the nearby paid lots. Overall, though, the place was clean and very nicely renovated. Great location! Would stay here again.

The Burbank Rose is in a great location to the main dining and shopping area in Newport. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very kind and professional. The free parking lot was about a 15 min. walk (0.7 mi.), which wasn't bad for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, then park and walk to the B&B. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Newport! The room was spotless, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be more perfect, within walking distance to everything Newport has to offer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay.

My husband and I came for the night to celebrate our anniversary. The Burbank rose was clean, quiet, and walking distance to everything. Parking wasn’t too far. Our room had everything we needed for our stay. Priscilla was super nice and helpful for checking in and out. Will definitely come back again!

This property is perfect! I loved the stay at Burbank Rose Inn! Staff was amazing, room was spacious! The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street. Overall, excellent stay - would recommend!

Quaint BnB nicely updated. Only drawback was a very small bathroom in our room. Reminded us of some hotel bathrooms in Europe. It didn’t hinder us but may not be appreciated by everyone. Location is ideal for dining, shopping, free shuttle and wharfs. The

Hidden Gem of Newport

Would absolutely recommend staying at the Burbank Rose! Great location. Beautiful property, gorgeous and clean suite! Priscilla made the check in process smooth and was available for any questions or concerns! Such a beautiful and cozy spot will 100% come back to stay at this quaint Inn!!! Parking is not available on site but was given a very detailed list of parking options. We parked for free in a lot (15 min walk) for 2 days no issues. Easy and beautiful walk so it worked out well!

We stayed on the top floor in the Cherry Rose suite and wow we highly recommend! Priscilla checked us in early, gave us so many resources and information about our room as well as the area! Very spacious room, living room with a pull out couch, a kitchen with a sitting area and fridge, and a very cute bathroom. Everything was decorated so beautifully and had an amazing view at the top floor! Everything was so close by it was easy to walk to and from the shops. Thank you Priscilla for being so great & accommodating!
