This slopeside retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers the perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy mountain charm. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up a quick lunch or prepare a full dinner after a day on the slopes.
Each bedroom features a queen bed, along with cable TV and WiFi for added comfort. Guests also enjoy access to the owner’s personal ski storage on the lower level—no tiny metal ski lockers here.

A warm, welcoming space with unbeatable mountain access—ideal for your next getaway.
~All beds are made with fresh linens, one set of bath towels provided for each guest.
~This unit has a combination regular drip/K cup coffee pot.
~Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap provided in a starter supply
~Consumable goods including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap are provided in a starter supply
~ This building DOES NOT have an elevator
~This building DOES NOT have central AC
~Pets are strictly prohibited by guests; owners may have pets. Guests should be advised, there may have been pets in units prior to stay
~Absolutely no smoking anywhere in or on complex grounds.
~One parking pass per unit per reservation will be provided, no exceptions per security. Any vehicles without fully in view, valid parking pass may be towed at guest's expense. Additional vehicles may be parked at no expense in the overflow parking lots.
The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
