The property is beautiful. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is great. We cooked in and ate out, plenty of room for cooking, big fridge for takeout leftovers. We had five people aged 12 and up. The living room was a little small when we all sat together at night, but there were extra chairs in the bedrooms we were able to use, so it was perfect. The pictures do not do the outside justice. The back deck and patio are like an oasis, completely fenced in, sun and shade to choose from. So relaxing for drinking coffee in the morning, reading a book, sitting out at night. If Clifton Hill is your jam, the house it a hop skip and a jump away. When you'd rather be at the falls, it is easily walkable for anyone in decent shape. The hills are steep, but the bus is also nearby if that is a problem for you.The nightly fireworks can be seen from the theater parking lot across the street and one or two doors down. Even if you forget about them, you can still run out and catch them in time.Absolutely no complaints about the house itself. Everything was clean, basic amenities were provided. We really enjoyed our stay. If you are not sure, the answer is yes, this property is perfect : )
