Comfortable room and ideal location

Room was comfortable and great location near the falls. 5 min drive(15min walk). Only downside was the hotel didn't offer shower gel/body wash, which I thought was a bit strange, so be sure to take your own.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool appeared clean and was super fun for my kids. But the first floor with children made me uncomfortable and not only was it loud being on ground level from those hanging out in the parking lot and in the room above us, we could hear all movements, even walking, so sound proofing needs much improvement. Breakfast was decent but they jammed us in some weird corner table and we were stuck once others got into the seats around us. Also, I booked with a rate of $124 and was charged $209, with no mention of parking costing anything.

One elevator for seven floors. The breakfast was a joke, what there was of it was horrible. Needs to be remodel and updated. Housekeeping was nice and accommodating. One nice thing is the property was two blocks from the Falls.

Amazing view and value

Fallsview area is amazing. We were on the 8th floor with river view which had a balcony and a view of Niagra falls from the Canada side. Amazing. Very large room, remodeled bathroom, great TV and Refrigerator. Morning breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 which was the standard cereal, muffins, waffles, scrambled eggs toast, yogurt fruit with a variety of juices and coffee and a cost savings for us. The hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything with just a 1/2 block walk to the casino/food court/shopping area. Amazing value and we will stay here always.

We enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn Fallsview. Rates were reasonable (except for the $30 CDN per day for parking. Ouch !! ). Room was clean and comfortable. Nice free breakfast. One block from the casino. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and so is the Falls.
