The front desk was not very welcoming or helpful. Also it is called Fallsview, but there is no view of the falls from anywhere in the hotel (which is what we were told by front desk).

There was no hot water in the room during our stay and the jacuzzi was closed, not sure of the problem, but the jacuzzi was being refilled when my partner went to check out the showers in that area to see if he could use one. The manager of the hotel took my partner to three different vacant guest rooms before they found one that had some hot water, so he could take a shower. The hot water ran out immediately after he rinsed his hair. I did not use the breakfast facilities, but my partner did and if you go in the later available breakfast hours, the hot food isn’t fresh and there isn’t much left. Staff also cleared his dishes away too quickly, so he had to use more dishes to finish his breakfast. This hotel is showing its age now and our stay was definitely not as enjoyable as in past years here.
