It was everything we needed for a short trip to Niagra Falls State Park. Easy walking from hotel to park. Room and beds were perfectly comfortable. A/C in the room worked fabulously when needing a break from the mid summer heat.

The best location in Niagara Falls, an easy walk to all of the action. The rooms, although advertised as modern were in need of renovation. we were on the ground floor and Han no curtain other than a sheer and people could see in the room when we had the lights on. It was the only hotel that we stayed at in USA that didn't have a safe in the room. The breakfast and the all day coffee were wonderful.

Next to Niagara Falls pointe park, almost stone throw away distance, they offer free parking for guests, rooms were clean, pre-book rooms as almost full on weekdays as well, there are lot of food options around hotel is slightly old but maintained

The property is a very great spot if you want to explore the state park. It is near every thing. When I say everything the park, food, store, the casino, old falls street. They also have vending machine and ice machine inside the hotel. They offer free breakfast. Its always jam packed and a lot of timea its hard to find a table during breakfast. Our room has a leaking faucet. We called it in but nothing was done. Other than that the room was spacious, clean, has a mini fridge and free wifi. $10 a day is not included in the reservation.

We loved our stay

We were there celebrating our 38th anniversary. The staff was very polite. In advance, I requested a room facing the park and they were kind enough to put us on the 6th floor facing the park and we spent every night watching the fireworks show. Thank you for that. The staff was very kind and courteous. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom towels and products were adequate. We did try the breakfast, and there were a lot of foods to choose to your liking, which were the temperatures you would expect for cold/hot items. The staff was often tidying the area and keeping things pleasant although it was fairly busy this weekend with families arriving and departing. The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the area by foot, and aside from hot showers and a comfortable bed, the location was probably the BEST part of our stay.
